Take-Two subpoenas Microsoft and Discord in GTA VI leak hunt
Take-Two filed DMCA subpoenas in the Southern District of New York seeking to unmask the leaker 'CyberLeek', naming three Discord servers, with a September 4 compliance deadline.
Real gameplay footage from an actual build began circulating around August 17 and takedowns followed — including against videos that merely used leak clips. Our policy is simple and non-negotiable: we report that leaks exist as news, but we never publish, host, link, or source content from them. See the disclaimer.
